Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuğrul OĞUZHAN graduated in 1996 by completing his undergraduate education in the Department of System Engineering of the Turkish Military Academy. In 2002, he completed his master's degree in the Department of Business Administration at Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences on Defense Systems and Logistics Management Program. Tuğrul Oğuzhan completed his doctorate in the Defense Management program at the Turkish Military Academy Defense Sciences Institute in 2015. He worked as a lecturer at the Turkish Military Academy between 2007–2016, delivering courses on management, organizational behavior, international business, and defense logistics. He served as NATO ISAF RCC Liaison Officer in 2009-2010 and NATO KFOR J3 CONOPS Plan Officer in 2014-2015. Dr. Tuğrul Oğuzhan started to work at OSTİM Technical University, Department of Aviation Management in April 2021. Dr. Oğuzhan has national and international academic studies in the fields of leadership, defense management and organizational behavior.
